Returns & Refunds Policy
Our refund and returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
For products to be eligible for return, please ensure that :
- The items have been purchased within the last 14 days.
- The items are in their original packaging.
- The items are not damaged.
- The items were never used.
If one or more items do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund of these items.
Many types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-exchangeable items :
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is booked.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us using the dedicated form.
Only normal-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email via the contact form.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient of the gift has had the order shipped to them for delivery at a later date, we will send a refund to the recipient of the gift and they will be informed of your return.
To return your product, you must send it by post to the address given to you by email.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning multiple items, you may wish to consider using tracking or insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning. In this case, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost on return.
