This is a baby car seat called hull or cosi. It allows you to position the child in a semi-recumbent position maintained by a 3 or 5-point harness. Cosis are systematically installed back to the road. It can be installed on the rear bench or on the vehicle's front passenger seat provided the airbag is deactivated. Group 2 from 15 to 25 kg* and group 3 from 22 to 36 kg* / up to 150 cm**.
When the child exceeds 15 kg and until the age of 10it must be placed in a car seat or a booster seat (with or without backrest). This will allow the child to be high enough to the safety belt in the rear seat protects him in the event of an accident. - The new European regulation R129 (i-Size)
Since July 2013, the new European regulation R129 (i-Size) has been in force. has come into force. When should I change my car seat group?
